Since 1957, when the first flocked Mapa glove was created, and then in 1988 with the launch of our brand dedicated to professionals, Mapa Professional has always been guided by a clear vision: the hand protection industry is rooted in the absolute trust that users put in their gloves.

Collaborating for safety
- Co-create tomorrow's protection solutions with end users: launch of Ultrane 527 in 2020 and Krytech 837 in 2021; or with expert partners: relaunch of Alto 405 in 2023 with antimicrobial technology in response to contamination issues related to COVID-19.
- Help our users in finding a distributor.
- Offer a unique Technical Service to our customers to:
- Guide them towards the appropriate protection solution either directly or by providing a unique and comprehensive selection tool on the site, by sector and identified risk.
- Answer their questions via a form or by contacting our sales team.
- Conduct workstation studies.
- Perform ad-hoc tests at our users' request.
- Respond to any quality complaints.
- Support our distributor partners by offering them the best solutions for their customers through:
- Training programs for their own employees.
- Close collaboration with tenders.
- Provision of sales support tools.
- Participate in the construction of standards, as a member of the normative committee, by contributing our knowledge of user constraints, industrial issues and available solutions.
- Promote and enhance the prevention and protection of people at work as a board member of the French union SYNAMAP (National Union of Prevention and Protection Market Actors).
