We are continually investing in safe and ergonomic workplaces as part of our 'Safety First' initiative.​ All our employees are trained in job-related safety matters, and we ensure that they wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.

Furthermore, our factories are certified to ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management).

We also have a strict ethics & labor policy about human rights protection.

  • Our Malaysian factories were the 1ST to undergo the social audits from BSCI or SEDEX, and we apply a “100% cover” policy for recruitment fees.​
  • All our factories & subcontractors are committed to our code of conduct and are audited annually.​
